Very nice and well thought out design. I like to looks of this one, but I would think that the ICE would be a fingerprint magnet.
. . . and I wonder if the DRYICE would be a lint magnet?
But agree it looks really interesting!

This should be in the iPhone Hacks forum but I'll answer anyways.
I don't know of any that can keep messages from certain people off the lock screen. Would be a good idea though. You could suggest it to the iRealSMS team or BiteSMS team.
Nothing (that i know of) pushes mail to the lock screen other than IntelliScreen and that will give you all of your mail. It won't filter it for a keyword.

How did you manage to do that?
Are you JB and removed it using SSH or another cydia package?
Why dont you just restore it?

I have a HTC 8525 quadband smartphone pda in Mint condition for sale for AT&T/Cingular. It was used gently for about a year and had an invisible shield on the screen during it's use and also was in a Krussell leather carrying case that it comes with. It comes in the original box with all original materials (manuals, activesync, wall charger, etc.). The only thing you'll need to add is a SIM card. This phone is not unlocked, but it can be done for about $5-$10 on ebay.
I must sell this week so if you're interested please let me know ASAP.
Asking $225. I accept payments via Paypal.
I've bought and sold items on macrumors and have 100+ positive ebay feedback as a buyer and seller.
PM me if interested.

Whether using DSP or Encore, it would be better to design your menus in AfterEffects or Motion, then flatten your image or video and bring in as a background element to your menu, then just use the whatever Authoring software more as final compositor of your assets.
Just add you button overlays and connect everything and create your disc.

For all those having this issue (which seem to be A LOT) send a bug report. Hopefully with enough people having this issue, Apple will release a new software update that actually doesn't crash.

Update: Bug submitted for Macbook 6,1 but anyone running other hardware that has the same problem should submit a bug report.

Honestly, given the current prices of the entry-level Macbook Pro.. the need for a Macbook is not necessary.. Just look at how powerful the entry-level Macbook Pro is and its only like 150.00 more than the MacBook.. Not worth it, I think Apple should dump the Macbook and just use Macbook pros.
150 is alot for some and many don't ned a mbp......

Whoa, I'm all for that! Think the last "olympic" style game I played was the Winter Olympics on the Amiga, and before that Starfish Olympics (IIRC?) was a great silly game.
Sonic in SSBB? I just can't picture Sonic in a well made 3D game.

Yeah BBM is awesome and I know my roommate has a blackberry basically because he loves BBM so much. 3rd party apps just don't do it the same.

OK, am I the only one here that is getting the feeling that we won't even be able to play as our Shepard from prior games, but instead this will be Mass Effect: Black Ops and we'll be stuck as a soldier-nobody on Earth?
So no more exploring the Galaxy and even less RPG elements :(
Anyways, regardless I'll buy this game, as the first ME is one of my favorites this decade. The second one was also really good, but I was unable to finish it until after I found a hack that let me split that asinine-single-action button into individual key-actions and re-enabled crouching.
I hope it runs smooth on macbook pro's. I never played mass effect on a computer, I've always played it on the xbox.

I wish you well with your eMac. How soon will you purchase? Hope that you will be getting extra RAM and AppleCare.
Didn't realize that you were 13. You are quite accomplished for your age.
I concur!

It's probably the HTTP301 header you're setting. Try commenting that out and see if it works with IE.

One might use #include for a C header or from a C source file. You can do it either way from Objective-C code. If the header is a C header then there should be no real difference.

You know, I actually think the "Freemium" model is a good idea. In lieu of developers not able to provide demos for their product, this is the best idea. I would rather have this, than all the lite apps cluttering up the store
However, I do not like ngmoco. But that's because I think their games suck.

Its kind of a duh thing.
apple was the really the only successful computer maker to provide a tablet that people actually wanted. They couldn't keep them in stock.
The competition wasn't about to take that lying down and so by the end of 2010 other tablets have started hitting the market.
In apple's marketshare will decrease even further as other computer makers ready their answer to the iPad.
The competition is driving everyone to improve their products, so the winners are the consumers. Features are added and prices remain constant.

and I'm Gonna Git You Suckka is a great movie:)
The movies I have for trade with ccash are
Along Came Polly, Domestic Disturbance, Eight Crazy Nights, Im Gonna Git You Suckka (dont ask), I <3 Huckabees, Pearl Harbor, Pi, Road to Perdition, Runaway Jury, Shrek, Swordfish, and Training Day.
As to my original offer of $60, I would add $5 for shipping, USPS. It really shouldnt cost more then a few bucks of that. Fairly light products.

It's funny how people degrade the 3GS upgrade. It was a massive upgrade to the iPhone 3G. The 3GS has tons of power for gaming that the 3G didn't have. Devs just didn't use it for a whole year in fear of limiting the installed base of their apps.
An iPhone 4GS would be a very good phone to upgrade to from my 3GS (basically, an iPhone 4 with a A5 processor, more RAM, better GPU).
I actually agree that the 3GS was a massive upgrade, however it wasn't enough for a fully-fledged upgrade essentially it was the iPhone 3.5, I had a 3GS and it was amazing compared to my friends 3G, however a iPhone 4GS probably wouldn't be worth an upgrade from an iPhone 4.
Also from carriers points of view and 24 month contracts now the norm a 4.5 would allow Apple to create essentially 2 generations of users.
